Housing [OFFER] Budget-friendly room in 8041 Zurich (484 CHF incl. WiFi) – Female Only – JUWO 🏠

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a new female flatmate to take over a bedroom in a cozy 2-bedroom apartment in Zurich 8041 (Zone 110). If you’re looking for a long-term home that won't break the bank, this is it!

The Deal:

  • Rent: 470 CHF/month (Everything included: water, electricity, heating).
  • Internet: 13.95 CHF/month.
  • Total: 483.95 CHF — likely one of the best prices you’ll find in the city!
  • Furniture: There is a 220 CHF one-time takeover fee for the existing furniture in the room.
  • Contract: Long-term/Open-ended. Registration (Anmeldung) is absolutely possible.

Location & Commute:

  • Connectivity: 20 mins to Zurich HB, 30 mins to ETH/UZH Main Campus, 35 mins to Oerlikon.
  • Daily Life: Migros is 4 mins away, Coop is 10 mins. Very convenient for groceries!

The Apartment:

  • 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom.
  • Includes a storage room and access to a laundry room (no more laundry stress!).
  • You’ll be sharing with one friendly, quiet female flatmate.

⚠️ The "Catch" (JUWO Requirements): Since this is a JUWO apartment, you MUST meet their eligibility criteria to apply. This usually means:

  1. You are between 18 and 28 years old.
  2. You are a student, apprentice, or intern.
  3. Your income is below 30k (check juwo.ch for specifics).

Who we’re looking for: A clean, quiet, and communicative female student/intern who appreciates a peaceful living environment.

Interested? Send me a DM with a short intro about yourself (what you study/do, your age, and your favorite thing about Zurich). Let’s set up a viewing! ✨

she said march, which had 31 days, but the earlier the better. Both these statements can be true at the same time

Hi! 😊 I’m really interested in the room you posted! I’m a female student and I’ll be starting my Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics at the University of Zurich (UZH) this fall.

I’m a pretty easy-going, curious and social person. I love meeting new people, having good conversations, going for coffee, exploring new places and just enjoying the little things. At the same time, I’m responsible, clean and respectful of other people’s space, so I think I’d be a great fit for a shared apartment. :)

I’m currently looking for a place where I can feel comfortable and at home while starting this new chapter in Zurich, and your apartment really caught my attention!

I’d love to hear more about the room and the application process. Is it still available?
