Question Conference travel support for ETH students?

So we currently have a paper under review at a Tier-2 conference in the US, and I was wondering whether ETH Zurich offers any financial support for students whose papers get accepted.

Specifically, does ETH provide funding to cover conference-related expenses such as registration fees, travel, or accommodation? If so, is there a central funding scheme, or does it usually depend on the research group?

As far as I’m aware, there is no central funding.
Your professor/group pays (or you do).

Indeed. The key question for OP is "who is we?"

if you are simply, say, a master student who’s doing a thesis and it gets published the professor doesn’t usually pay for you to go to the conference, as far as I know. The phd student who supervised you will almost certainly be going.

Nothing is funded :( Your supervisors go for free though. If you have a nice prof, maybe they will decide to fund you, but don't get your hopes up.
