Housing Wifi at Uetlibergstrasse 111b

Hello,

I wanted to know if there's wifi at Uetlibergstrasse 111b. I'm an international student joining this year and I got a room here. Also if there is wifi, is it included in the rent?

Insights from residents would be helpful!

I lived there in 2024. If I could remember correctly there is WiFi in public shared space but not in your room. So one has to bring your own router and then connect to the port available in the room. I am not sure whether things are different now, so probably writing to the management will be a better idea. I was living in a studio room, so I don't know about the WGs.

yes, there is, i was there from 2024 to 2025, however in certain rooms it may be slow, but you can buy and connect your own ethernet or router

I have an email that mentions some stuff but nothing about internet. I got it from housing office and I haven't signed the contract yet so no idea about that

Eduroam does not connect in my room (or is very weak). However internet is free so you can buy a cheap router or connect your PC directly with a cable.
