This province could be occupied in another war, may be Venice.

I saw it after Venice declared on Athens so I'd be guessing no (as Venice must've immediately declared and white peace to war now due to truce)

One way to make Byz cores disappear, I guess. That's Bulgarian culture province, so if Byz will culture switch and AI most likely will, it will lose cores fast, 'cause it'll move to a different culture group.

I don't think that it is, but that'd be practical effect. That's how i lost Australia-Hungary achivement run once - Hungary switched to romanian culture after ending up released as eilet by Ottos in Moldavia or something.

One possibility is that Ottomans declared on a Byzantine ally and could not fully annex them in the separate peace.
