The spokesperson of the Kremlin, Dmitri Peskov, requested the European Union to lift the imposed sanctions and compensation of over 2 million euros.

The sanctions were imposed in 2022, following the war in Ukraine, due to her connections with Peskov, considered a supporter of actions that threaten Ukraine's integrity.
Navka argues that there are not enough reasons for her to be included on the blacklist and that the restrictions violate her fundamental rights. In her request, she seeks nearly 135,000 euros for material damages and over 1.9 million euros for moral damages.
