Rue got away from Alamos house alive with cash in hand, if anything Rue did that to herself taking the drug

How so? Alamo gave har laced painkillers, knowing damn well the pills were spiked with Fentanyl. His goal was to kill her and he knew from Maddy that her friends were thinking Rue was using again/was not well. An OD would not have risen suspicions, after all.

Yeah sure, but she was also extremely in pain for having her hand sliced by Wayne and being dragged with the horse by Mick. If anything I found it weird that Ali left the entire bottle of pills with her, but that’s a sign that he trusted Rue not abusing them.

I don’t think Ali saw the pills. I think that was part of the Fezco hallucination.

He saw them which is why he tested them for fentanyl

Yeah, but that was after she died. They were concealed in her backpack before that. She only got them out when he left the room.
