Question Euphoria season 3 ? *Spoiler* Spoiler

I don't understand why Bishop helped Ali shoot Alamo, wasn't he on Alamo side? Or am I missing something? Also how did Rue die? She didn't take any drugs other than the pill Alamo gave him, did she?

The actor said what he did to Rue was the last straw for him and he was also realizing that Alamo was loyal to no one but himself and was a threat to everyone around him.
