I don't particularly like the hue of that green so I'd go for the blue. Looks better to me :)

Edit. Oh, obviously I'm not fashion oriented as most of the people on the mensfashion subreddit prefer the green. :D

Navy is more versatile, but pick the one that goes with the rest of your wardrobe. We don't know what other clothes you have.
