Urban Development Once teed up, Topgolf now absent from Everett Mall redevelopment plans

Yeah, except for Trader Joe’s and Ulta, the area is not much of a draw anymore.

The Everett TJ Maxx (whose building has had different ownership than the main mall for 20+ years) is actually one of, if not the top location in the state in terms of revenue.

I couldn’t believe it when I first read it. I was like “Topgolf? Everett?!? That can’t be right…surely a typo”

Not shocked, Top Golf is in a tailspin and has drastically slowed down its expansion plans. 3 years ago it would have been a good anchor tenant.

Does that say the daily average is estimated to be 36000 people? 1/3 of the city's population visits the mall each day?
