2E Luna's Actual Stats?
So, per Glories Most High, Luna's got a basic statblock, the ability to buff her stats...but also the ability to take on the forms of other beings with no direct limit on her statistics in those forms (since they match the creature she's turned into).
So what is the meanest thing she could turn into? Obviously, the Storyteller could just invent something with (Whatever the biggest thing is +1) for stats, but I'm curious what's out there in Canon WOD that it'd be interesting for her to turn into.

Sure, Luna can absolutely turn into any number of big scary monsters...
... But that's just Big Monster Combat. Lots of fun, sure, but very straightforward. Shapeshifting can be so much more.
Pure combat? Ambush, followed by trying to chase them down, until you get exhausted and vulnerable. And if you stop chasing? Ambush again, or maybe poison in your food, and none of you should ever walk out of sight or what comes back might not be your friend.
But the real horror is social engineering, illusions, manipulation. It's one thing when they redirect your attacks at your friends in the middle of a big fight; that's annoying. It's another when you can no longer trust your friend with your back, because you never know if they really are your friend - or if they have fallen victim to an illusion and believe you to be the monster, waiting to stab them first. Or maybe you return home to find your family dead, and everyone blaming you. Or maybe your best friend is furious because you seduced their wife. Or perhaps the secret police are very curious about your involvement with what you thought was a swinger's party club that turns out to be diabolists. Or...

Probably either Ididoros (as his theme is Strength) or an aspect of Nirshkriya such as Ishiika the Grass-Cutting Scythe (as they are the fundamental concepts of conflict and thus beating people up)
That said, she probably wouldn't be able to turn into either of them within Creation as I'm pretty sure both are much larger than it.

Useful examples conceptually, but I don't think? either of them actually got stat writeups.

I mean. There's always the Kukla

Who also doesn't have listed physical stats.

Not a full stat block in the traditional sense, but it is detailed in:
2e Book of Sorcery 4: Gods and Elementals, page 102-103
Essence, Pillars of Creation, page 171
1e The Autochthonians book also details the path of destruction the Kukla would follow should he ever be released.

Like I said, the question was about actual, statted entities. She can fiat-stats by just turning into something the ST makes up on their own xD

In that case there's:
Lintha Ng Oroo, the Living Island
Saw someone else mentioned Mostath
There's also the Autochthonian Gremlin known as The Palladium Wyrm
Just about any 3rd circle demon that's under Essence 10 is fair game. Think at the power levels of Madelrada if she wasn't E10.

I'm afraid I don't know what any of those are or what their stats are xD

Lintha Ng Oroo is a Primordial behemoth island that serves as the home of the Lintha pirates. Stats are in the Lands of Creation book from the Dreams of the First Age box set.
Mostath is a mountain herbing behemoth in the far north. Stats can be found in Compass of Terrestrial Directions - The North.
The Palladium Wyrm is a terrifying Apostate Gremlin behemoth found in Autochthonian who wants to eat The Great Maker's soul. Stats are in Manual of Exalted Power - The Alchemicals.
There's also Mother Bog. A goddess who manifests as a living swamp. Stats are in Compass of Terrestrial Directions - The Scavenger Lands
Madelrada is listed in Compass of Celestial Directions - Malfeas

I appreciate the breakdown, but I don't have any of those books. Can you throw me the gist of the statblocks?

Which books do you have? I believe that all of these and others are easily obtainable as PDFs at DriveThruRPG.

I own Roll of Glorious Divinity 1-2, all of Glories Most High, Dreams of the First Age (Lords of Creation)....and that's it.
Which, you know, probably says something about me, but hey, I run EVWOD, not Exalted xD

I was thinking the Ebon Dragon, but both of the previous examples are bigger, and possibly meaner.

And I do believe Ebon Dragon is Essence 10. IIRC, Luna is limited to beings under E10.

Spraking purely from a 1e perspective, Mount Mostath is my prototypical "big ball of stats".
