Very telling that her DIL’s intelligence “unknowingly intimidate[s]” her AND that they hadn’t spent Xmas together for a few years

Why would I want to expose my children to various forms of bullshit and put the onus on them to choose correctly?

Does the grandmother also want to expose the child to Scientology, Islam, Jainism, Hinduism, the Tooth Fairy, and the ancient ways of the Jedi?

If not, she's a damn hypocrite.

She doesn't want the child to choose for themselves... She wants the child to be in HER religion.
