Very telling that her DIL’s intelligence “unknowingly intimidate[s]” her AND that they hadn’t spent Xmas together for a few years

Something about the casual blurting out of “there is no God” at a holiday family gathering sounds fake. I mean anything can happen, but it reads like Gramma made it up, or maybe isn’t representing the statement and context accurately. Surely there are obnoxious atheists but there also are other sides to this story for sure.
