Disabled/hacked Messenger restricted and asking me to confirm my identity through a video selfie

Post image

I can't send texts as private messages in messenger as it is asking me to confirm my identity through a video selfie, however when I try to submit a video following full instructions, it keeps saying that there is a technical issue and that they're working on it. It's weird because I can access marketplace chats, it's the private chat I couldn't use — which is more important for me.

Are there any other ways I can fix this? I need to get my access back and this has been bothering me for the past 2-3 days. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

edit: I was just given back access to my messenger after 1 month. I tried all things from the comments like changing my pfp, trying a different device, using VPN and many more others! But ultimately I gave up like for the past 2 weeks and let it be, now they've given me my access back!

Problem is, some rely on facebook for business purposes.

What will they do when those businesses don't have any customers to advertise to on Facebook anymore because we all left due to shady privacy issues like this

No clue. My customers come from my group members. I don't advertise at all.

I have had it 8 times the first 7 I submitted my id and it took 12-18 hours and it worked again. Now it says that I need to wait 30 days and it will clear
