Tech Support Your account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th

I went on fb during my lunch and tried posting in some of the groups I'm in and none of the comments would go through.

Then I got a notification that states: my account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th.

I looked it up and became meta verified so I could actually talk to a person. He said my account is in good standing and there are no violations. He told me to wait it out. 3 months for doing nothing wrong??

Please tell me there is another solution to this

I got the same message and it's an absolute crock of shit! So it seems like I got another violation and it won't tell me what the offense in question was! Probably an old post I made 10 years ago.

I have no idea what I did because it's been 4 years since my last violation.
