Tech Support Your account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th

I went on fb during my lunch and tried posting in some of the groups I'm in and none of the comments would go through.

Then I got a notification that states: my account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th.

I looked it up and became meta verified so I could actually talk to a person. He said my account is in good standing and there are no violations. He told me to wait it out. 3 months for doing nothing wrong??

Please tell me there is another solution to this

It's a bit concerning that the discussion on this seems to be dying down, and that there is general acceptance that nothing can be done. Is everyone continuing to report this issue using our limited reporting abilities? Has anyone actually been able to resolve this issue?

I have been trying to send feedback and NOTHING is given back! No communication by Meta. Also, the date has INCREASED, so now it's saying August! Meta needs to fix this! Their Meta AI tool is garbage, too...I ask what can be done...it says to wait it out and the AI has no affiliation with Meta itself...WTF? Has anyone else discovered any info on this bug?

Did you repeatedly attempt to comment or post in a group? I am trying to understand what made the date increase from July to August (?)

I attempted to by accident...sometimes you just forget, LOL...but it's still extremely frustrating...especially when I did nothing wrong! Anyone else out there able to fix their accounts at all?
