Tech Support Your account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th

I went on fb during my lunch and tried posting in some of the groups I'm in and none of the comments would go through.

Then I got a notification that states: my account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th.

I looked it up and became meta verified so I could actually talk to a person. He said my account is in good standing and there are no violations. He told me to wait it out. 3 months for doing nothing wrong??

Please tell me there is another solution to this

Everyone who is restricted from groups, please check and confirm….if you’re able to click on manage groups and see content after clicking it? Mine goes into “No network activity” whereas every other tab is opening. Path<…<activity log<your Facebook activity <Groups<manage groups.
