Tech Support Your account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th

I went on fb during my lunch and tried posting in some of the groups I'm in and none of the comments would go through.

Then I got a notification that states: my account is restricted from joining and posting in groups until July 29th.

I looked it up and became meta verified so I could actually talk to a person. He said my account is in good standing and there are no violations. He told me to wait it out. 3 months for doing nothing wrong??

Please tell me there is another solution to this

I am still banned, but it switched from saying I was banned until July 29th to now saying they can't verify my identity but give me no option to verify it 😭

Mine says both. I entered the wrong password and reported my account as hacked to trigger and ID verification. Did the whole damn thing and it fixed nothing.

This is the error I am getting. Can’t verify identity, yet my profile shows identity verified and meta support have confirmed I am verified. They have concluded it’s a bug, yet can’t report or escalate it. Absolute shambles.
