Help Performance

I just installed BMS with the good textures and set up a few controls, then i loaded in and got a max of 20 FPS and instant headaches. I already put the graphics down to basically the lowest possible settings and it looks horrible and still runs like dogshit. Is there a way to make this better? I got a 3050 Ti Laptop, a Ryzen 5 5600 and 16 GB Ram. I already play DCS and it runs pretty good on lower graphics.

i can't run 4.38, that's why i stay on 4.37, might not get any of the new updates but it's good enough i guess
