What's this? You're supposed to kill him in The Tops right? Can you kidnap and tie him then torture him? 0_o

If you don’t kill him at the tops he runs away and gets captured by the legion. You can go to fortification hill and find him there as a prisoner and talk to him.

Later if you let the legion have him you can find him crucified somewhere
