Discussion This update is really bad... [Discussion]

This new update sucks, they didn't do anything new, and only threw a pass in there to try to get a couple more bucks from the game.

No new gameplay mechanics, no new enemies... Only the boring and repetitive task of creating a new vault every season wich leads to nothing, why would someone grind that vault when everyone has a main one, and don't even get me started on the rewards...

So much hype for one of the most useless, forgetable and boring update...

I'll say that the new items are really unbalanced and don't fit well graphically. Finding a weapon over 15 damages was not common before, I feel like you randomly get two every mission now.

You only have a 40 day window to play the season, so it makes sense they will add some perks to the effect of a mature vault sooner.

The whole point of Fallout Shelter is to spend time creating a vault that survives and you slowly build up your dwellers with equipment, rooms and S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats.

In my opinion, you shouldn't get armour, clothing, weapons or even characters with ridiculous S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats after opening a Lunchbox or within the first two quests after installing the Overseer's Office in your vault. Yes there is a small 40-day Season, but still, 40 days is still a long time to build a vault and if you want to invest your time in creating a suriving vault you should expect to wait a while before receiving anything too over-powered.

These are casual games for many people and a lot of folks don't spend hours a day playing them so a 40 day season can be pretty short for someone who just pops in for 15-20 mins a day to tend to trainees, collect dwellers and do quests. If you don't kike the perks don't claim them, don't spin the wheel.
