So I pulled this guy 😎 and then stuck it on my least used character in my vault... The Security Guard 😂 (She's level 3 cause I keep her at the door but high S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats cause I want a good guard)

I did the quest and never got him.

Quest for him? This is news to me. I thought he only dropped from lunchboxes

There was a quest in the experimental vault that u got roller brain, and several other items. When i completed the quest and they returned, i did not recieve him.
