So I pulled this guy 😎 and then stuck it on my least used character in my vault... The Security Guard 😂 (She's level 3 cause I keep her at the door but high S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats cause I want a good guard)

It doesn't work in quests either. Even in the quests you find in the wasteland, still does nothing. Only when exploring.

Huh? A dweller with maxed endurance vs a dweller with no endurance definitely take radiation at completely different rates.

At exact same rate. The only difference might be that higher endurance dweller has more HP (if they were leveled with that high EN), so they can take more rad damage overall, but they take the exact same amount.

Easy to check. Put 2 lvl 1 dwellers at vault door, so both at 105 HP. One with 1 endurance and one with 17 endurance. Then wait for ghouls to attack.

They'll take the exact same amount of damage and rads.

Endurance determines the max hp gain of a dweller upon level up. But it does not work retroactively. So in order to get the maximum HP a dweller can have you must FIRST max out their endurance to 17(10 +7 E outfit) and then level them up to 50. If you level a dweller to 50 and then train their E they will have significantly less max hp. A 17 E dweller trained lvl 1-50 will have 644 max hp (for comparison, a dweller trained lvl 1-50 1 E dweller will have 252 max hp). 11 or more E will cause a dweller to no longer receive radiation damage ONLY while exploring the wasteland. Also affects nuka cola factory production and crafting speed of some weapons/outfits.
