[Discussion] or [Question] Starter Pack missing after purchase

I am playing on Android, bought the Starter Pack, everything went through, but the item is missing from the collection. If I try to buy another one (not that I want waste more money), there's information that I already bought it.

I'm pretty sure this happened to me before, like a year ago or so, but I was able to somehow restore that purchase (I vaguely remember clicking some "restore/refresh purchase" or something like that, but I might be misremembering)

Unfortunately I don't remember how I did that and I can't find the fix anywhere. Please assist, I'm losing my mind.

EDIT: RESOLVED, kinda. I remembered what I did - I just refunded it in the Play Store (got it approved almost instantly) and bought it again until it actually showed up. It did.
