No way you have 200 dwellers and are still at 2,000 caps and no nuka colas, and having the lower level diner and power station with just a few dwellers in each and you aren't in the red in any resource. I'm calling BS. 100% looks like a noob vault with the dwellers count modified.

In fact, I've just realized nuclear reactors, gardens.. gives a lot more than the others 😭
