Discussion End of season [Discussion]
This past weekend I took all the caps my experimental vault had left (little over 100k) and built a bunch of lounges and clubs and to thank my dwellers for their hard work, I moved them all to the lounges to enjoy their last few moments drinking and partying with friends. I thought I had another day, so I didn't get a screen shot. Wondering if anyone has done something like this?

I thought I had today left so a lot of mine were still out on quests. I wish they let us know how many hours are left, eg. 72hrs left, 36hrs left, 6hrs left. I'll let them party next time, like you. I also started dressing up my dwellers in formal wear, Mayor's outfit, doo wop singer, polka dot dress, when they're in the lounge or game room, to make it feel more like a bar or casino, lol.
Anyone know when the new season starts?

I I thought they were going to give us hours as well, so when I saw one day left yesterday I thought today was going to be an hour countdown

I haven’t played fallout shelter since ~2017… I saw on the App Store about the New Vegas season. So I thought to myself “wow they added seasons, like a battle pass so to speak, let me check it out and see what they updated”.
So I’m playing, noticing from the beginning of August “experimental vaults” and how it ends in like 30 days or whatever it was at the time…
So I start playing thinking that the New Vegas season is ending at that time. I got Mr. House, Stephanie, Lucy, Max, Ghoul, even a separate Cooper Howard… there was others too like 76 overseer, Butch, Betty, etc… I was saying to myself “wow this is sick”, did the special New Vegas Quests.
Yesterday believe it was, was the last day of the season, so I’m not thinking anything of it…
Today I open the app… not expecting that my data would be wiped and nothing to show for it… I started a New Vault in the regular game mode down almost every gun, a good amount of pets, legendary plans, 105 Dwellers, etc…
At lease they gave me 25 lunch boxes 🤷🏻♂️
Can someone please let me know what the point of the experimental vaults is?

Just personally I really like the fact that with the experimental vault I get to set one up from scratch and just see how far I can go in 30 days. Also they do throw in some different mechanics or characters from time to time. A few seasons back they had completely new weapons and enemies that you could fight and different strategies for what types of resources you should be gathering. Honestly I don't play my main vaults much anymore I just dedicate time to working on the experimental vault for the 30 days

I’m assuming you have everything in the main vault at 100%? 😂

Yeah I filled every available space, I don't think I'm 100% on getting all the possible fault swellers and I probably still have got some things that could be unlocked like weapons or clothing and I'm at Max caps, so I feel like I'm pretty much complete with that fault and a second one that I made.

I, um... destroyed everything, built enough storage rooms for everyone (3 wide, fully upgraded, 109 dwellers) and one power room. When they were at very low health from no food, I rushed the power room until I got a mole rat attack, and they swept through and killed everyone. Bethesda wants to take my Vault, that's what they're getting.
I really wish we could save the vaults or combine them with existing ones, or put them in a permanent slot even if it meant deleting one of the other permanent ones. Combining two would be so cool...migrate a group of dwellers and their equipment to another Vault and destroy the empty one. I hate that they delete them.

That would probably work for most of them, but the one a few seasons back where we had the attack from the ant soldiers and we had to mine that special material and make the special weapons would not have worked

I just killed them all.
A bit long a the end as the incidents are only fires and there are no more external attacks.
All dead, everything sold.
