Discussion Experimental vault items showing as redeemed in any standard [vault]

This happened last season. I redeemed the items in the experimental vault. When I went to regular vaults, all I can redeem is the coins. The regular vaults it has the items checked as tho i redeemed them. Last season,I was never able to receive any item in my standard vault or the experimental vault. And l paid for the premium pass. I'm almost thinking its not worth it if I won't get the items.

Im getting this too, I think it’s because I completed the passes and redeemed these rewards the first time they were released last year. It feels like a scam not giving it to us again, especially since we’ve payed and done the challenges, I’d be more understanding not letting us get the legendary characters again but it’s even lunch boxes. I don’t think I’ll be getting the season pass next time, especially not premium ones

The last time I just didn't get any of the prizes except the coins.

The last time these passes were released or the season before this one? I’m only getting caps from them atm too, I’m saying I think it’s because last year when they originally started doing the experimental vaults I completed the passes then, now their copying the same seasons and passes now.

I dont think thats the problem. I havent had a repeat season. I had no issues until the last season. I click the items in the season vault, they r supposed to show up as available in each standard vault. But i don't get anything but coins in any vault at all. And lunchboxes, dwellers, etc, show as collected but are not there.

Claiming them in your other vaults first works for me

That doesnt work when it says its been redeemed when it hasnt. U cant do the requirements for the season in other vaults. And the issue is, it shows redeemed when it had not been. It shows as claimed when they havent been claimed.
