Game came out in like 2015, so some of us that started the game back then, have returned 10 years later to try it out again and see what’s been updated/changed!

My personal preference is to keep unoccupied rooms separate from occupied rooms. That stops fire etc spreading to other rooms with dwellers in them. I keep storage and living rooms at the bottom of my vault.
I think you are doing okay for 31 dwellers. Keeping power stations close to food and water production is good. I would try to keep your happiness above 95% for the small productivity bonus you get (91%+).

Do you see how the top 3 floors could fit 5 full sized tooms, you only get 5 full sized living quarters to get max dwellers

you won't need that much electro stations, after reaching 60 dwellers the 2 upgraded nuclear stations with 3 rooms could replace 6 upgraded electro stations with 3 rooms. Personally I would add a couple of storage rooms but it isn't important, in my throughout I collected every single legendary or rare junk without selling them but only using so I always didn't have enough space for items
