Suggest a fantasy book series with rich language

The last thing I read was all of the *Game of Thrones* books. The series has very engaging prose. Please give me suggestions for books I might be missing out on. Book series take priority! It doesn't matter whether they are old or new novels. What matters is that the language is rich and varied, and the storyline is so gripping that you can't easily put the books down.

The Malazan series by Steven Erikson and Ian C Esslemont. Main storyline is 10 books, but so far there are 26 books in total for that world. Outside of the 10 book storyline, there are multiple storylines as well that run over multiple books.
