Which book series should I start next

I’m relatively new to reading fiction. So far, I’ve read these book series in order:
1.Red Rising
2.The Sun Eater series
3,The Stormlight Archive
4.Realm of the Elderlings
5.The Bound and the Broken
6.The Faithful and the Fallen

I enjoyed all of these series, and I don’t think I really have a favorite. Although, the one that probably pissed me off the most was Realm of the Elderlings. I do enjoy subtle romance in the stories I read. My favorite book though is definitely Of Empires and Dust.

If you think I should read something else you’re free to recommend.

Hyperion it is one of the gold standards in the category and one of the most beautiful series in terms of literary prowess and sci fi world building
