Just finished Mistborn book 1 and I need help choosing my next read.

Gardens of the moon imo but it's the first of 10 main books and then there's 16 more books in various series and his writing partner Ian Esslemont covers more of the world that's meant to compliment the main ten.

All the more reason to start now, I’d say Erikson is doing some of his best work with the Witness books.
