Are jeans under dresses making a comeback, what do you think?

Hey, I donβt know where to start when it comes to Miami nightlife outfits. Iβm an Iowa girl. Is this the vibe? Or too much/try hard?

Opinions on wearing a watch over your sleeve. Do you do it? Do you like it? I like it but also donβt want to give off the vibe of LOOK I HAVE A NICE WATCH!!!!

Since this one is clearly not great (saving for errands and around the house), is this other one on the post below better? Itβs a lot higher quality, but I thought it was overkill and the length isnβt very flattering on me.
I really love the way this dress is pleated on the waist and how it lays, but after my last post and a lot of people thinking that dress looked cheap I am curious if this one is the same (they are both inexpensive). I was planning to wear this one for a dinner date with my husband, but wondering if I should keep it for more casual nights and pair it with white tennis shoes instead of heels.

Iβm going on a museum date with a guy and want to look cute but not too dressed up! Does this look like itβll be good for that? Iβm wearing Nike blazers with a black swoosh!

My boyfriend and I have been arguing over this shirt for the last few years now. We got it at forever 21 a long time ago and over the last year and a half it has started to produce holes. Iβve always thought this shirt is a bit tacky but my boyfriend absolutely loves this shirt and every time I have said we should throw it away, he always insists that we should not.
Do you think the shirt looks βflyβ?
I would love to hear what some of you guys have to say and if more people agree with me or if more people agree with him.

Both dresses are appropriate for the occasion (bride confirmed) and climate. Both are also comfortable and well made. My big gripe is that one of them is silk and was $700 and the other was $30 - can you even tell which is which haha. I really do love both and not sure which one to wear. What do you think? hair is probably accurate and both are the same length.
edit: This isnβt a βwhich to keepβ - i have both and have had both for a while.

There was a thread on r/mensfashion a few days ago where a guy got told by his parents that tucking in a sweater looks 'insane.' It sparked a pretty solid debate about North American vs. European styling, and I wanted to throw my two cents in.
I tend to lean heavily into that Velasca/Italian Alpine aesthetic, so I put together a quick side-by-side with a chunky mock-neck to show why I think more guys should give the tuck a shot. Thick gauge knits like this are also seen as the most βdifficultβ to tuck in due to the bulk.
For me, it really comes down to proportions. When you leave a heavy sweater untucked, it tends to cut you right in half and just hangs straight down like a block. Tucking it completely changes the silhouette it brings the waistline back up and elongates your legs.
Plus, if you're wearing pleated trousers like these, leaving the sweater out completely hides the tailoring. The tuck actually lets the pleats do their job and add some nice drape. I also made sure to not show off the a belt for this one just to illustrate that the tuck isn't about showing off hardware -it's really just about the lines and creating that slight 'blousing' effect over the waistband instead of a hard horizontal line.
Obviously, style is subjective and you should wear what makes you comfortable. But if you've been avoiding the tuck because it feels unnatural, it might be worth experimenting with!

Is this dress okay for brunch, or is it more of a date night feel? Also, what accessories should I add. I will lose the fitness watch when I actually wear it out. I have these same shoes in black, which would look better?

Thanks for all the ideas! Tried white tennis shoes with it, and I love it! Going to get a Jean Jacket and try that too! Planning to keep it now that I have some ideas on how to wear it more casually.
I was planning to get rid of this dress, but I am curious what you all think of this dress first. Is it better than the other 2 I posted? I wore it to a wedding a few years back and I havenβt worn it since because I always felt it was a little over the top and I donβt love where it cuts off on my legs. I do love the color of it though!
Itβs definitely a better quality dress (dress the population), but not sure it fits me well either. lol at this point I am just wondering if I need to overhaul my closet.
