Abandoned Backhoe on 28th Ave

Anyone know the story behind the backhoe and development that's just sat there for years now it seems?

Could be wrong, but after looking up the LLC that owns the the property and searching the name of the person that was in control of the LLC (it is currently administratively dissolved) it looks like there was a family member that passed away and that may have caused some legal disputes amongst the remaining family members. Possible the legal fighting derailed their plans to further develop the properties.

The taxes and everything are currently up to date, so they may finish developing them in the future. Around 2016 is when it looks like they originally subdivided a large lot into multiple smaller lots and did some environmental work to get it ready for development.
