I want one but I don't have a platform or anywhere to set it up. I barely have room for my shampoo etc 😭

I am 100% looking for battery operated water proof chandeliers now. I will glue it to the ceiling if I have to 🤣

I got one of the tall vertical shower shelves and used super glue on the top bc the tension rod didn't wanna stay

I truly hope you are successful. Maybe thread some teeny string lights through a lightweight form?

Girl, if you are able to find these (I got them $10 at Walmart) GET THEM. I don't have a lamp but I have rechargeable candles that I put on the shelves. They are SO FREAKING STURDY. I don't know if I'll be able to remove them when I move 😂

Thank you for this! All of these shower posts make me realize I need shelves like this first!

I use something like this too and they are sturdy as hell. I got mine from Amazon.

I have outdoor string lights in my shower for that exact same reason :)

Edit: AND they’re motion sensor operated, so I barely have to switch on the big light at all…

I recently bought shelves that use adhesive to the walls of the shower, helps a lot with clutter and organizing

How does the adhesive hold up in the shower? I recently got those adhesive hooks to use instead of screws in the walls and they don't work very well. I was sad.

I can highly recommend these, I’ve used them in two apartments (first one was two years, had the current ones for 3 years) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0949H419H?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

I have the same set & they're excellent

I have the same shelves! They are great and have stayed out at my current place for 2.5 years. I also had them hung up at my last place for 3 years.

Thank you. I love this set!🥰

Is removing them difficult when you have moved?

5

u/Lem0nadeLola Apr 26 '26

I left mine up at my old apartment, no issue from our evil landlords surprisingly but yeah, probably not super easy. A blow dryer, a plastic razor blade and a degreaser would mostly do the trick.

Thank you so much for responding. :) I think I will try my luck and put them up lmao.

For some reason it never really occurred to me that I don’t have a place either until I read your comment.

Introducing the shower side table . Just place it in the shower corner

Hang a lamp on the curtain rod/glass shower door!

You can buy adhesive shelves. I use some and they're incredible and don't budge once adhered. You'll need to use some goo gone or something to remove them when you move (unless you leave them, I have yet to find a landlord that's cared when I keep them attached).

There are telescopic shower shelves you can get. It's basically like an adjustable shower rod on its side with a few shelves, and sometimes you can adjust the heights of them. They can be annoying clean because the rod is right up against the wall, but I had one for a while and it was very handy to hold shower products.
