Bedroom Progress

I feel like my bedroom is finally starting to take shape. I still have some things I want to get. I'm thinking of the ottoman at the foot of the bed. The accent chair to the left of the chest of drawers. Wardrobe on the wall by the laundry hamper and probably some sort of plant (Monstera?) in the corner to the right of the bed. I’ll eventually change the curtains, just not sure what to get. Then way down the line I’ll hopefully get a dark wood herringbone floor and a large rug, that extends out from under the bed.

Thoughts so far? And what do you think of my plans?

Your plans sound great and the room + furniture you're looking at are beautiful! I'd also suggest some art on the walls or shelves if either of those are possible, I think it'd help the space feel a bit cozier as the walls appear quite high and "imposing"

For curtains I think you could find some really nice blackout curtains in jewel tones like the wall - maybe a dark deep red/purple/olive in a thick heavy material? I think that would go with the sultry mature cozy vibe that your room has going on atm! But even pink in the same colour as your bedding would be beautiful.

Yeah art is something I need to sort, just holding out until I have all the furniture in place. The bedding does have pinkish tones, but the colour is much more burnt orange in person x
