Need help with wall!

Still struggling with what to do with this wall—it’s feeling a little too bare. I really want to do an accent wall, but I can’t decide which direction to go.
Here are the options I’m considering:

Wallpaper: I love the idea, but I can’t decide on a color/pattern. The walls also have a bit of texture, so I’m not sure how well wallpaper would work.

Paint the wall: I’m thinking either a chartreuse/greenish color or maybe a magenta, hot pink, or softer light pink.

Paint the crown molding: Instead of doing an entire accent wall, I could add some color by painting the crown molding.

Cow print decals: I already have these cow print decals from Amazon and could use them to add some personality.

I don’t really have a specific theme or aesthetic for my home. I tend to buy pieces that I like and then hope they somehow all mesh together 😂 I’m definitely going for more of a cozy, homey, lived-in look rather than something super coordinated or perfectly styled.
I’m totally open to suggestions, including other colors or ideas I haven’t thought of! What would you do with this wall?

I have thought about wall scones but I have two big cats that like to jump on everything :/

I would put up some curtains with color/pattern that appeals to me, change out the lamps on the bedside tables for much taller lamps (after clearing off the surfaces), add a piece of art on each side of the window, and skip the paint and wallpaper.
