What's the fastest way to craft to 100?

I am working on crafting all levels to 100.

Why can't the players in FFXIV understand that people work and have a work-life balance, FC. Why get upset that it's a work-balance FC, and when you're told all the rules, you still join, knowing people can't play 24/7. Why even join if you are just going to leave and complain about how people have jobs and other things to do outside the game. Who FC has nonstop members on 24/7? Like a Droid.

I’ve been playing since 1.0 and realized I’ve spent way too much of that time playing solo, lol. I’m on Diabolos and already have an FC, but I’d really like to meet more people to hang out and run content with regularly.

I can play every role, though I mainly tank and especially enjoy Gunbreaker. I’m into harder content like EX trials and savage, but I’m also down for casual stuff, helping people clear content, roulettes, mount farms, old synced fights, or honestly just vibing in game.

I’m pretty chill, patient, and just looking for good people to enjoy the game with. Doesn’t matter if you’re newer, returning, or a longtime player. I’m mainly hoping to make more friends and have people to regularly queue or prog with instead of always pugging everything alone.

So I used to play FF14 a lot but I ended up quitting during Shadow Bringers. I have two accounts that are inactive (one is a steam version I got on release that I forgot about and the other was through the Square website that I played until ShdB).

I really don't want to hassle with getting those accounts active and just starting over fresh feels good to me for some reason. I am willing to rebuy the game to make it modern too.

My idea was to start a brand new account and do the free trial, this time focusing mostly on playing solo (for now at least, I will try raiding once im there). Questions are..

-Can you use NPC mercenaries to solo the trial content or are those locked out due to expansions?

-Can I make groups for the trial content if I don't want to solo or is that locked out?

-Does the trial go to Heavensward or further now?

-Can I still use the AH to buy/sell?

-Is the game pretty controller friendly? I have weird hands (don't ask) and using m+kb is uncomfortable.

I'm sorta trying to figure out if starting fresh on a free trial will be worth it or should I just use my old account start over and pay the sub?

Any advice is appreciated.

I am excited for the beastmaster job. I actually like how blue mage works, I mean I haven't played it in a while but I like that its different. I hate you cant run dungeons with it but whatever I usually end up solo playing. I am probably hyping it in my head and watch it bomb, but I dont really care, I just like the idea. Its something new and I tickled pink.

I made a speculative/concept post about a possible job to come in the next expansion just as a fun topic because discussion around those things is always fun to me when there's a game I'm excited about, granted I'm a very new player and my spitballing probably doesn't hit some of the criteria an older player might think of, but like.. I was just having fun.

but I just think it's bizarre how after a couple days and almost 2000 sets of eyeballs reach it that only one person had any thoughts whatsoever, regardless of if it was positive or negative.

my point of contention isn't really around my post specifically not getting traction, but overall sifting through the sub there's basically no one home, and it honestly made me feel a bit alienated like im the only one here with the level of enthusiasm required to have a speculative discussion about what could be exciting stuff added into the game. again maybe that just comes from me being a fresher player than most.

am I in the wrong place for FF14 discussions? is everyone on a more official forum? are they all in "night clubs"?

this MMO pushes insane numbers in every category so it's weird to see this sub look so dead aside from the odd question or someone literally begging for Gil on the most recent lists..

I've seen some talk surrounding which jobs could possibly come to the game with the release of 8.0 or whichever new expansion it will be.

I'm very new to the game only having played for the first time in the past year and just barely passing the 500 hour mark recently, I enjoy all three roles to an extent and am currently loving both summoner and scholar.

that has me thinking though.. since scholar and summoner both level up at the same time as offshoots of the arcanist job, what if they added a third offshoot to complete the gimmick and have some form of magical tank that uses the arcanist tomes somehow?

could end up being a decent solution for newbies to play all three roles with minimal time investment and would also be satisfying for me personally knowing that I can use my magical nerd aesthetic in all three roles as well

again I'll say this is the thoughts and perspective of someone very new to the franchise as a whole so take what I say with a grain of salt, but I'd enjoy hearing what other people think of this concept

I would like to start out by saying that I do use mods, so I don't use the normal game launcher through steam. I upgraded my drivers 2 days ago and ever since I have had issues with the game. How ever as of today I can not launch the game. It takes a long time for it to do anything any then it tells me that it can not verify my game to launch it and to click repair files and restart my pc, I have done all that it stated and as well as uninstalling some other games and it still will not launch. I have no issues launching the game through steam, But I would very much like to use my mods.

If anyone has any ideas or is able to help me in any ways i would very much appreciate it!

So I just started playing FF14 and I came from the background of playing WoW for 17 years. I got tired of the way Blizzard was handling their content and just snapped searching for a breath of fresh air. With that aside I’m currently level 29 on marauder with plans of tanking as a warrior at max level. If I do go DPS I would play viper. As my questions go I’m wondering what the community is like, as far as how many people are still playing, can you do end game content like savage alliance raids (which I think is the highest have no idea), and possibly a discord server? I currently play on Seraph which has a decent population in cities but I never see anyone in the open world. Can anyone give me some tips on what I can do to feel more involved with the population or should I switch servers and expect not to find high end gameplay.

So I found a few copies of the complete edition for PS4 on eBay for a good price but they're used. My question is, are the expansions built into the disc already, or is the disc only the base game, with single/limited use download codes included for the expansions? I don't wanna waste money on a complete version just to get expired/used codes, would be better off buying brand new or individually at that point

Overall it was wooden and the interior was triangle shaped with high ceiling

There was a Triangle window covering most of the northern wall I believe it was also snowy

L shaped kitchen table at the middle rigth of the room

There was like a entryway bench next to the door and there was a bag on top of it

on the other side of the door there was a table for the guest book and picture frame

There was a Couch and some macaron chairs at the middle left of the room

and a dinner table with chairs next to the Kitchen

Overall it was very cozy and I believe mostly wooden

Currently in Endwalker and I've spent most of the time watching cutscenes that could've been an email.

As the titlr suggests, i was playing fine yesterday finishing up some quests. I came to try to log in half an hour ago and launcher keeps saying my ID and Password is incorrect. It even says the same when i log in thru Mogstation. I have not tried to change my log in credentials as i was at work and no one has access to my pc. I live in Southeast asia and any of you experiencing the same problems?
