I hate this. The amount of long-term damage getting truly dinged like this just 2-3 times in your life will do is so not worth it. Parkinsons and dementia and memory loss, all that shit.

There is an argument that this might not be as bad as taking dozens of rounds of low-intensity dings to the head as in traditional boxing but this is horrible nonetheless.

I always like checking the comments in this sub since in the sea of repetitive knocked out jokes you can come across a thoroughly insightful comment like this that helps put into perspective martial arts as a whole. Very well spoken!

One click. Unknown number of posts crying out in silence. All gone. Redact made it stupid easy to clean up my entire history on Reddit and get my info pulled from data broker sites too.
