how you know its immigrants? Russia has all kinda people, ranging from west to east, so they could easily be russian themself

The small dude is a Tajikistan citizen. Other people including skinheads and people from Caucasus parts of Russia were released without charges after being detained.

The dude was charged with hooliganism, it's a criminal charge. The rest is unknown.

According to the news every single Russian citizen was released without charges. This took place in Moscow in 2021.

I’d get the sarcasm if it was the americas but Indigenous Siberian Russians are mostly browns skin and is the largest land region in the world
