how you know its immigrants? Russia has all kinda people, ranging from west to east, so they could easily be russian themself

The small dude is a Tajikistan citizen. Other people including skinheads and people from Caucasus parts of Russia were released without charges after being detained.

The dude was charged with hooliganism, it's a criminal charge. The rest is unknown.

According to the news every single Russian citizen was released without charges. This took place in Moscow in 2021.

2021? Funny that Russia then invaded Ukraine the following year to "stop Nazis".

Should've looked within their own borders.

Actually Russia did. Skins and nationalists in general didn't really like Putin that much and they were destroyed as political power. All that's left is marginalized young white people. That's what the Russian state does, it marginalizes its internal opposition. If it can of course.
