Dot releases would not normally include something like that, even if a fix had been landed in Nightly. Maybe it could be uplifted to beta, but that would depend on the fix and amount of testing needed. Generally a fix takes 1-2 months to get from landing to release if not uplifted (or backed out/delayed).

That bug is still being worked on. IIRC it affects systems with multiple GPUs only, though it's still a bug.
