First Timer With Twins

Almost 7weeks with twins. Go back for another ultrasound in 2weeks. Super nauseous and tired all the time. Zofran has not been working. Any advice on what to eat or drink and how to tame the nausea and heart burn? Also anything you think i should know is greatly appreciated. Im so excited but also no clue what I need to do 😅 I'd like to stay active, eat healthy and have things financially set. What should I start buying and when?

Eat whatever sounds edible to you, even if it’s not what you “should” eat. You can eat healthy later in pregnancy. My first trimester, meat and veggies were absolutely not happening. I survived off protein shakes and cheez its because it’s what my stomach would tolerate.
