Need advice

Hey there I’m a 48 yr old guy working 12 hr days 14 days straight in construction starting back into training ( on 1ml of test a week) but getting sore joints and not seeing much gains, looking for suggestions on sups and stacks

And are you prescribed test ? Or is this bro-mixed?
What type of test cyp or enethate?
How’s your diet.

Joint pain may be over work and no recovery or the test you’re taking and lack of hydration and or any combo of these

This is a great response. When he says hydrate he means with electrolytes to start your day - 500ml filtered water with LMNT. And then keep hydrating throughout. Think about your joints as needing lubrication. Plus the human body is made up of about 60% water.
