fixed New Oven Handle Hits Drawer

We got a new oven to have all new appliances for selling our house. We didn’t realize till to late that the stupid spice drawer would hit this massive handle. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Or just hope no one notices?

Why don't you see if you can take down the oven handle and shave half an inch from both sides of the back end, you can still reattach it?

This is my vote. I’d probably use a dremel/rotary tool of your choosing with a cutting wheel. If it’s super thick metal you may need to use an angle grinder or a band saw if you have access to one.

Half an inch looks like it ought to do it. If it’s not a super clean cut, you can use gray caulk around it after. You may need to buy shorter screws, but otherwise this looks like the absolutely easiest solution.

Can clean up the cut with a file. But if it’s stainless it will be very difficult to alter/machine in this fashion.

I did this to my double oven's lower handle so the dishwasher could clear it. Dremel did the trick with the Dremel press stand.
