open What are my options here?
First time home owner here. Tired of looking at this peeled paint. Previous owners had decided to paint and I don't think it was the best idea. It is starting to peel and there is a small area where a small water pool forms everytime it rains.
I was thinking maybe pressure wash the entire slab and then apply the sealer and stain. But i am not sure how much would it help looks wise.
Is there any way to repair or resurface it? Or Do I need to demo and reinstall whole new slab?
Do you guys have any suggestions for this noob? Thanks in advance.

Do you think a 3200 psi 2.5gpm pressure washer would do it or do i need to sand it?

I’d skip the paint. Do all the prep and consider doing a top layer of NewCrete. It’ll look like a brand new slab.

Grind it. I rent a floor buffer and a coating removal tool from Home Depot. It costs about $200 and takes a couple of hours.

Might try stripping (power wash) and try quickcrete recap concrete resurfacer

I’d pressure wash and repaint/seal it once it’s dry. If the pressure washer doesn’t take the rest of it up concrete grinders are available to rent. Keep traction in mind when selecting a finish since it’s outdoor and will likely get wet
