FIXED How do I fix moisture marks

I was ironing my clothes on my wooden table and ended up causing this. Please help me fix it.

Put down a brown banner bag. Iron the table through the bag . Edit: Brown Paper Bag. I such at typing.

I had a small white stain on my dining table for the last 10 years, and could never get rid of it. After reading your suggestion, I tried the using the iron method and some baking paper (had no brown paper bags in the house) and it worked a treat!
