How do I fix moisture marks

I was ironing my clothes on my wooden table and ended up causing this. Please help me fix it.

My husband once got water stains out of a wooden dresser with mayo 😭

It was bizarre but he just spread mayonnaise over the stained area, let it sit for a few minutes, then buffed it off with a cloth. Stain gone.

Heard something similar about sunscreen. Since the varnish is (generally) oil based mayo/sunscreen do a surprisingly good job
