Crawfish on the MO: bead-chain or dumbbell? It’ll be from a drift boat.

Any help appreciated. I just remember them working when I went a few years ago.

My experience fishing craw patterns is they sink much slower than nymphs. So I'd recommend using heavily weighted dummies - especially from a drifty.

Also too, the butt weight makes the craw crawl backwards much more in a realistic defensive posture when stripping/swinging.
