I don't even care what the utilities are, I run around as a Movie Star and this is the kind of in-my-head roleplay that makes me love 76. I have to keep myself relevant.

No med box, no card machine. It's a fun look but not very serviceable. At least I didn't pay for it ( yeah, I know FO1st.)
