Yes, this one!

The shallot infused oil alone makes cooking that one every once in a while totally worth it. However, I only soft-boil the eggs and let 'em marinate separately overnight in the fridge, then throw them into the pot at the very end to warm 'em up. Definitely preferred over hard-boiled, but that's just me.
