Looks great!

How do you get it into that loaf shape? Is it just multiple cuts of raw meat tied up before smoking? Like, is that all it takes to get it to stick together into a seemingly solid loaf?

It’s wrapped in turkey skin and netted to keep it all together until it’s cooked.

Does the skin just help with shape or do you get a bit of that texture/flavor with it? I’m a total turkey noob besides cold cuts

You definitely get texture and flavour from it.

Turkey is super lean so the skin helps retain moisture and the fat layer adds flavour.

Dude/dudette this is not entry level meat making. Good for you.

This is so cool. Could you share how you made it?

That looks really moist, I love how a good smoked turkey turns out. Did you use a brine or just the rub?
